Hi, I’m Kirsten Schafer. I’ve walked this path too. I once believed I was too heavy to be beautiful. After seven children, I battled unwanted weight and an endless cycle of diets and temporary fixes.  I thought achieving an ideal body was too complicated and unsustainable, especially as a busy mom running a business. 

But I discovered something life-changing: My journey towards health began with self-love. By embracing myself, exactly as I was, I transformed into the healthiest version of myself. I am more fit as I approach fifty than at any other time in my life and I am excited about becoming even more fit in my sixties,  seventies, and even eighties. Yes, it’s possible!
